What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As IICRC Certified Technicians we are obligated to stay at the cutting edge of technology in our field through continuing education. We also offer CE Courses for Insurance agents, adjusters, first responders and realtors right at our facility!
What types of customers have you worked with?
water losses, fire losses, mold claims, biohazard cleanup and most recently we have been doing a lot of repossession clean up for banks. We are able to do the complete job from start to finish which is great for the homeowner, they only have to speak with one company, not three or four contractors.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Your best bet will be to work from a referral from your insruance agency or adjuster. Then, do your research! Be sure you have the best comapny working for you. If they are reputable, they will not mind giving you referances or explaining the process thoroughly to you prior to any work being done.
