- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Seeing the landscape prior to the job helps me to understand your lawn care needs, from there my quoting can be more accurate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After exchanging numbers or emails, I usually find a way to better get to know my clients by having a face to face meeting with them prior to the job. From that I become better able to know exactly how it is that I can help them or what it is that they are expecting from me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While in college, I was able to work alongside lawn-care professionals who taught me their skills, tricks, and values. Not only do I continue to carry on their teachings, but as long-time friends of mine, our training in the outdoor world is never over and is constantly growing over the years.
