- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
i have discounts year round for veterans and family as long as they provide a va card i also do chair massage events for a daily fee for businesses and weddings etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Since massage is completely customizable i work with clients to figure out the best course of action for what they have going on, everything from relaxation and pain management to trying to assist an over all structural problem with loosening the muscles. I often look to find what is causing the problem so it doesnt become reoccurring, and then offer at home care to keep it in check between massage visits.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associates degree in massage therapy, I'm certified in aromatherapy, russian sports massage, sports massage, active isolated stretching, oncology (cancer patient), deep tissue, triggerpoint therapy, and of course swedish.
