The mobile mechanic Danny was excellent! The whole experience was 10/10. He was able to come out the same day. He was very responsive with messaging and providing an ETA. Once he got to me he explained the process and got to working on my car immediately. I got my alternator replaced and it took him about an hour and a half to complete. He charged me the amount quoted and it was honestly the best interaction with a mechanic I’ve had. I will certainly use this service again if any other issues arise. Thanks again Danny!

Wow! Thanks to Daniel I went from a car that was dead in the water to ready to go in just a few hours. No towing expenses no uber costs. Tested my battery alternator and starter and it just needed a new battery. So I at least know those other issues won’t pop up immediately. Answered my work request quickly. Detailed estimates for the visit and testing as well as an estimate if it did end up being the battery before even coming out. No surprises. Daniel was polite and kind and easy to discuss my options with. I usually take my mini van to an independent Honda mechanic but this time I didn’t have the time or flexibility to wait. I also appreciate that I didn’t need to leave my home for the work to be done. Will use again! Highly recommend this company.

FINALLY, AN ABSOLUTELY HONEST AND SKILLED MECHANIC
DANIEL FROM ROADRUNER MECHANICS, came out to install rotors and pads on all four wheels.
He kept me updated on his arrival time and was very prompt. He explained exactly what he was doing and answered any an all questions during the process.

His personality and knowledge of his profession is top notch. Each time we went to a new procedure he explained in detail exactly what was going to happen and how things worked.

He was very polite and very professional in every way. He is now
one person I will recommend to my neighbors and friends without hesitation for any of their auto repairs. If you are looking for someone with skills, personality, and honesty, he is your guy!!
