What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
New irrigation installation- I offer free estimates. Service call for irrigation repair and maintenance- $80-100 service charge plus repair costs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I like to schedule an appointment to come out and see/evaluate the project site, speak face to face with the customer and then offer an estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a NCICL. My license number is 1304.
