- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have a standard pricing system. It all depends on the extent of troubleshooting a problem the customer is having or the amount of work they would like to have done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talking with the customer to make sure I understand what issues they are having and maybe helping them solve the issue over the phone. If not, setting up a time to come out to troubleshoot the problem. If it is not an issue they are having then giving a quote on what they would like to have done. We can always come out to look at what they would like to have done and give a free estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the electrical field since 1988.
