He had a family emergency come up the morning of our project in our store that opened up the next day. He told us that his guys would be there....NO ONE SHOWED. We had the truck scheduled for 8:30am and guys on site to start working. He did return some texts but no calls! We had a terrible time trying to get communication back from Brandon. Brandon finally came back from the emergency and brought help to complete this project at 3pm that afternoon and stayed until that night to complete. I do have to give him credit for that and what he did, he did a good job of....just the reliability is the biggest flag I have.
