What types of customers have you worked with?
I mainly do weddings, birthday parties and street dances. I also emcee events. I help them plan their music if asked and help them place songs in a good place. I can do ceremonies and receptions or just the reception. I do a lot of gigs in the Charlotte, NC area. I have done a PGA professionals 50th birthday party and also did a wedding for a sister of one of the Carolina Panthers on 6-16-2013.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
1. Make sure he is a fun DJ. A blah DJ is no fun! 2. Only pay a deposit. Pay him the rest AFTER the event. 3. Make sure his quote includes everything. No extra charges. 4. Make sure he has back-up equipment. 5. Ask him if you can contact some previous clients. 6. Ask him how up to date his equipment is. 7. Make sure he takes request!
