I had a tub/shower regrouted and tile floor installed in a guest bathroom. Everything from initial contact to project completion was seamless and delivered as promised. Jacob was outstanding and east to work with. Great communication, on time and excellent quality of work. He is a true craftsman of his trade. Couldn't be happier with the end product.

We had a great experience with our kitchen floor tileinstallation. The stone tile was very heavy and fragile, and even though I had already broken several pieces before the job started, they completed the installation without us needing to buy more tile.
The workmanship and communication were excellent. They took the time to properly repair and seal our concrete subfloor instead of cutting corners—something we wish our previous installer had done. They also patiently answered all of my questions about grout and sealers, helping me make the best decisions instead of pushing the easiest option.
I tend to be very hands-on with home projects, and they were great about keeping me informed. After seeing the quality of their work, I'd trust them completely on our next project. Highly recommend!

Jacob did a FANTASTIC job on our kitchen tile backsplash. He made selecting materials easy and the finished work is incredible, completely transformed our kitchen and brought all of the finishes together. Definitely recommend and would use his services again for future projects without hesitation. Thank you!

Had a fantastic experience with Jacob / Marcin Custom Tile. Would highly recommend and would be happy to work with him again (if he could put up with me!). The bathroom looks GREAT. Arrived every day as scheduled, worked hard, cleaned up at the end of the day. Just a wonderful experience.
Want to add this was a rather challenging remodel - the bathroom is on the third floor with no place for a tile cutter, etc. This meant a lot of trips up and down stairs with tile, construction debris, you name it. I honestly cannot say enough good things. Thank you, Jacob!

FAQs
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact customer, go over the job and decide if its in both our interests to move forward, got to the house and get a physical quote, give customer quote, move forward with pricing material, and then complete job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a union journeyman tile mechanic. Which means my work stands out among all other role installers as the best to represent our local union. A mechanic is a designation for an installer that does every process of tile installation from the layout, estimate, down to the grouting.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with all types in my own business from residential to commercial. I also work for the largest and oldest tile company in the area which is all commercial.
