- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to price everything fair and honest. Full transparency when it comes to materials, labor and pricing. We will walk you through our estimate itemization pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You can expect a phone call for us to get a better handle on their project and materials needed for the first visit. Then a meeting in person to go over their vision and design for their project. Then we will research to find options for them to choose from. Once the design and estimate are agreed upon, our office manager will then work with the client to schedule a start date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to art school for a year. I also went to business school. I have over 17 years of experience in communications. I have over 30 years experience working in general capentry and building.
