Joyce is a long time realtor, she is selling foreclosures faster than anyone in McDowell county. I hear her frequently guiding other realtors in their transactions as a courtesy to them and their clients. She is straight forward and honest about her expert opinions on how a home will sell and for what price. I like that she does not waste peoples time.
