Joe is an extremely knowledgeable Professional. I purchased 2 houses at auction that needed extensive rehabbing. Plumbing, electrical, roofing, carpentry, etc. Joe and his small team gave the homes new life. The work was completed timely and at a reasonable price. Joe is responsive and solutions oriented. Kitchen & bath remodeling is common, but so is structural repair on old homes, including replacement of framing members like floor joists, mud sills, and band joists that have been insect or water damaged. Deck and porch construction is common. Attic and basement space conversion happens now and then.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for someone who will listen to you and take the time to find out what you want, and if you aren't sure what you want, find someone who will help you discover your options. Don't get involved with a contractor who doesn't like your taste and tries to sell you his!
