I contacted A tech repair regarding an issue with my washing machine no longer draining the water during the spin cycle. The company was very good with communicating the ETA of the technician prior to arrival. Upon arrival the technician was professional, friendly and diagnosed the problem quickly. Although I decided to move forward with replacing the machine entirely. I really appreciated the interaction and knowledge base of the technician. He listened to my concerns and didn’t make me feel pressured to move on with the repair. I would definitely recommend this company.

A Tech’s Repair went far beyond what expected. Service was exceptional, and the techs were knowledgeable and persistent on making even the small things perfect. Getting a new heat pump is an expensive endeavor. A Tech Repair is a company that I believe stands by there work and just as importantly there word.

Dennell did a great job at removing my unfixable old AC and replacing it with a new one. He made sure it was leveled and installed correctly, also giving me some tips about new unit. This is the 2nd time I’ve used A tech repair and I highly recommend this company.
