- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer our best pricing up front and we strive to provide clarity at all times. Our easy to understand and consistent pricing model makes it easy for our clients to make modifications to their projects without fear or surprise costs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet at the worksite to talk through all of the options applicable to your project. After reviewing your objectives we will talk through each option and discuss the advantages/disadvantages of each. Once you have determined in which processes you are interested, we will provide you a quotation covering each.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 years running this Decorative Concrete business. Previously I have experience in many roles throughout Navy power plant operations, Naval Aviation, manufacturing management and continuous improvement. My varied engineering background allows me to prevent a lot of issues which others may miss.
