No amount of words can describe the trust and confidence I have in this company but I’m going to try! Ray Pollard and his crew are downright fantastic. So far I have had two bathroom remodels, one a complete demo down to studs and redesign of entire area. The quality of workmanship is unparalleled, Ray is a master at his craft. He truly listens to his customers and intuitively picks up on their wants and needs. Making suggestions and giving alternate ideas when he sees opportunities for improvement and creativity. A “problem solver” by nature Ray comes up with a solution for issues that arise during the process (and they do with all home renovations!) and communicated clearly with me throughout the entirety of the job. Some of my favorite things about this company and it’s owner/operator: the stellar response time, thorough communication, attention to detail and AMAZING on time performance! He is fair in his pricing and goes over any change orders in detail so the customer doesn’t have a big “surprise” balloon payment at the completion of the job. His crew are respectful and trustworthy, taking great care of the property they are working in. Even with an OCD micro-managing homeowner such as myself (I’m working on it!) they were patient and kind. I have been so impressed and overjoyed with the pride Ray takes in a job well done and his adamance about customer satisfaction that he’s already starting a full kitchen remodel and many other projects for me. He has made this house feel like MY home more in the last 3 weeks than it has in the 3 years I’ve been here! Do yourself a favor, save yourself the heartache of all the contractor drama that Charlotte is notorious for and call WeDo ReDo. It will be one of the best decisions you make about your home!

Ray did an excellent job replacing my old can recessed lights with led lights with trim. I sent a message and within 10 minutes he responded to my request. I had the work scheduled the next day. Ray arrived on time to my home and immediately got to work replacing the lights. The kitchen looks great with the update. Ray is polite and thorough I would highly recommend him!
