Chris is a stand up guy that values hard work at a great price. I had him mow, edge, and remove some leaves from my property. The leaf removal was awesome. He cleaned out all of the flower beds almost completely. A couple of places were missed around the edges of the driveway, but for the price you can't beat the job. Would hire again and will most likely have him come mow and edge on a regular basis.

Premier has been managing a rental property for me for over 5 years in Charlotte. They have kept my property occupied with mostly good tenants and have rarely had any issues. We did have one tenant that did not work out like I hoped, but Karen and Todd were able to handle the process of removing the tenant with very little downtime and had a new one lined up very quickly. Overall I have been pleased with their services and would recommend them.Very thankful that they finally got the Owner portal so I can go online and check on my property at any time.
