Mrs. Goodfellow is passionate about helping others find a career that fits not only their skill sets, but also their passion. She is organized, proficient, and professional. She has a wealth of resources when it comes to assisting with job searches from resume and cover letter revising and/or writing, role playing interviewing techniques, to helping make industry contacts for the job of your dreams. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking at a career change or upgrade. I have also personally recommended her College Consulting services to friends with high school students. Mrs. Goodfellow has a vast wealth of knowledge when it comes to the college admission process (including scholarships, finding the right college for you and/or your child's needs, essay writing at it's finest, etc). I know, she will be my first call when my children hit that age!

Tara gave me an edge over other Executive Assistants by helping me really polish and consolidate my resume. She also helped me with my interview prep and gave me some great questions to ask during that always dreadful "Do you have any questions?" part of the interview.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, one hour of coaching is $95.00. A Thumbtack special is 4, 50 minute sessions for $250.00. Other pricing can be viewed on the website, consultathena.com
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I learn about your goals. I send an intake form to ensure your documents are optimized and aligned with your position of interest. I then get to work on revisions. A draft is sent for your review and edits. Final versions are sent via Word and pdf. For life coaching or leadership coaching, an intake form is sent as well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend at least a weekly industry related call, am a certified life coach, certified DiSC practitioner, hold an MBA and an executive board position at my chamber of commerce.
