John and his team did an amazing job resurfacing my mom's hardwood floors. Throughout the project, John was personable, professional, honest, and highly knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done.
One thing that really stood out was John and his team's ability to adapt when unexpected changes arose. During the project, we discovered hardwood flooring in the foyer. The original plan was to install new hardwoods in the foyer and complete the kitchen as a separate Phase 2 project. However, John was able to quickly reassess the scope, recalculate the costs, and incorporate the kitchen into the current project using the materials already on hand.
The entire process was smooth and efficient, and the quality of the finished work exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend John and his team to anyone looking for professional hardwood flooring services.

We provide free on-site estimates and clear, detailed quotes so customers understand exactly what is included. Pricing depends on the type of service, square footage, condition of the floors, repairs needed, staircase work, and selected materials or finishes.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free on-site estimate where I inspect and measure the floors, discuss the customer’s goals, and explain the available options. I then provide a detailed quote. Once approved, we schedule the project and review the work again before starting.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training has been primarily hands-on, working directly with experienced hardwood flooring professionals and completing a wide range of installation, refinishing, repair, and staircase projects. I continue learning new products, techniques, and finishing systems.
