John and his team refinished our hardwood floors for us, and I could not be more pleased with the job they did. John is a great communicator, he goes above and beyond to provide great service, and I would hire him again without any reservation. We refinished our red oak floors from a dark color to a light finish. They removed and refinished handrails and stairs, as well. We chose Bona Natural seal and finished with three coats (one Bona Domo and then two of Bona HD Traffic). The look and feel are top quality. Thanks to John and his team!

I would highly recommend John and his crew from Take the Floor for refinishing hardwoods. John is not only a very patient person but extremely easy to work with. He took the time to answer all of my questions and also went into detail on everything he and his men were going to do to get the job done. Very happy with the way my floor came out!

We have a 20 plus year old engineered Hard Wood floor. John the owner of Take the Floor gave us a quote for Resurfacing. John is detail oriented and answered all our questions. Showed us 4 different stain samples, He did an excellent job. We are extremely satisfied with the results. Me and my husband strongly recommend John for your flooring work.
