- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I study constantly to increase my knowledge and certifications. I havea degree in Network Technology, and I am working on my Bachelors in Networks and Cybersecurity.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It was a passion of mine since childhood. I always took things apart to see how they worked. I learned quickly how to put things back together again before the parents came home.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Upgrading from one computer to another, and moving all the user's data to the new platform. Troubleshooting wireless, printers, and file sharing. Recovering data from damaged or dead devices. Setting up antivirus, firewalls and backup strategies.
