FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I pride myself in pricing my jobs more reasonable than others in my field.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer hires me for a job, I like to get in contact with them so they can ask any questions they may need. I then make sure to get all the information I can before I ever set foot on the property that way I can offer a more accurate quote. After seeing the job at hand, I can confirm or change the price if needed, but that rarely happens. Once the job is completed I make sure to have the customer review my work to ensure their satisfaction and make any final changes.
