Introduction: We dont know of anyone else that will come to you and cook on site. If you want a pig pickin and want to eat at lunch time, we may be at your place at four in the morning to start cooking, You get the full experience of the smoke rolling off the grill and the smells in the air. How did you get started doing this type of work?
We have always done parties for ourselves and started to realize that we did not always know who was at our parties. When you spend all your time cooking and serving for your guest, you may only get to see them for a minute or so. At that point is when we decided that we should start a catering business so people can enjoy their own party and spend more time with their guest.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Birthday parties, graduations, weddings, baby showers, family reunions, customer appreciation, business meetings, just for the heck of it parties.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We just did a combined graduation party for 5 different families and their guest, They all loved the food and came back for seconds. When you can please that many individuals that's a good feeling.
