Introduction: If you are one of those people who feel they don't have time to go to the gym but want to get in a great 45min-1 hr workout with some motivation to get your day going, I will personally come to your home and and give you a great workout. All you will need is a yoga mat and dumbbells from a range of 10-20lbs is a plus!
