We had a great experience working Shawn. He recently installed a backsplash in our kitchen and was experienced and knowledgeable at every stage of the process. From helping us pick a backsplash and tile that would look best in our kitchen, to installing the backsplash with detail and efficiency. Will definitely be hiring him again! Highly recommend!!

Shawn did a terrific job removing our bathroom shower floor and replacing it with new tile. Since our original floor tile was no longer available Shawn came up with a contrasting tile design that works beautifully. See picture. My wife and I were very pleased with Shawn's work. Creative & Professional .

Shawn was an ideal contractor to work with for my bathroom remodel. I was unsure of what to expect as a first-time homeowner never having done a remodel before. Shawn made the process very simple and straightforward. He was thorough and detailed with explanations, and always willing to answer my questions. Did an awesome job (flooring, tile, trim, crown, stairs). He did everything possible to meet our needs & and preferences and went out of his way to help make our basement project run smoothly, including working with the schedule of other trades. Worked hard to get it done promptly. Showed up as promised. We strongly recommend this company.

Completely satisfied with not only Shawn's work but his professionalism. We had him install backsplash in our kitchen after installing new granite countertops. From the first contact to completion of the project Shawn was available to answer any questions and provide outstanding service. The backsplash is beautiful and very well done. We do not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing tile work done in their home. Definitely will use him again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are generally 1/3-1/2 less than our competitors; the reason for this is we have very little overhead and pass the savings onto our customers! We do not believe in price gouging, a quality job at an affordable price keeps everyone happy!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A quick phone call then an onsite visit gets the ball rolling. We never bring a contract with us; the initial free consultation is just that - a free consultation. Within a day or two you will receive a detailed quote and given plenty of time to review it and ask any questions/make changes. Once we are in agreement a contract is sent via docusign and you are put on the schedule.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Started doing tile in 1995, moved to general construction (renovations, additions, finished basements, decks, etc) From years of apprenticeship and hands on training we can handle most aspects of a full bathroom renovation!
