Sebastian did a superb job with our HVAC system. He came out the same day, diagnosed the issue straight away, resolved it and identified another lingering issue. He took his time to understand the problem and was able to explain things to me in a way that I'd understand.

The individual arrived on time and went right to work. Had some difficulty locating the indoor system but he persevered and completed the job quickly. The price was very reasonable.
Reached out for a quote, responded literally within 30 seconds. Was out to my house within hours and fixed the issue same day. Amazing work and responsiveness.

I recently used PR to update three thermostats in my home to smart thermostats. Aside from the quick installation, the price was fair, and the employee was very friendly, courteous, and on time. Walked me through the steps of setting them up via the app and ensured everything was working before leaving. Would use again in a heartbeat.
