Charliey was simply amazing! He was very detail oriented and took the time to explain everything to me clearly. He even reached out to the company that originally installed my unit and confirmed that it’s still under warranty. I wish I called PR Mechanical FIRST! I called a handyman to install an exaust vent for my over the range microwave before the major storm a few weeks ago. They left me with a hole in my wall and wrong vent. I called a few other companies and they didn't want to touch what someone else had done... I was worried because I knew warm weather was coming and that would bring bugs in my kitchen. PR Mechanical stepped right up! Great phone communication and was very clear with a plan during the first visit. Because of the previous handyman, I also needed to get siding repaired. They also recommended a siding expert and put it all together on one invoice. Please, please don't let a jack of all trades cut a hole in your home... Get someone that does venting everyday! Get an actual company that will help you if you aren't satisfied, get PR Mechanical. I also want to get a mini split for my garage. I will definitely use PR Mechanical for this! (The vent in the photo has a large frame because of the previous handyman putting a large round hole... I'm thankful they were able to do this because the beige siding I have is hard to find)

I needed to move a vent from the wall to the floor because the wall was coming down. I also needed it done quickly so the next workers could get in. He came accessed the problem and got it done. I will add pictures once everything is complete because it still looks like a construction zone.

Had the pleasure of doing business with PR Mechanical this week. Large HVAC vent was severely damaged in crawl space. Once contacted PR responded immediately and set up an on site visit the next day. Charliey (owner) clearly explained my options and quoted a price on the spot. Very competitive. His team, Antonio and Brian showed up on time and went above and beyond to be sure the job was done right. The attention to detail while working quickly was impressive.
