I recently used PR to update three thermostats in my home to smart thermostats. Aside from the quick installation, the price was fair, and the employee was very friendly, courteous, and on time. Charliey was simply amazing! He was very detail oriented and took the time to explain everything to me clearly. He even reached out to the company that originally installed my unit and confirmed that it’s still under warranty. I wish I called PR Mechanical FIRST! I called a handyman to install an exaust vent for my over the range microwave before the major storm a few weeks ago. They left me with a hole in my wall and wrong vent. I called a few other companies and they didn't want to touch what someone else had done... I was worried because I knew warm weather was coming and that would bring bugs in my kitchen. PR Mechanical stepped right up! Great phone communication and was very clear with a plan during the first visit. Because of the previous handyman, I also needed to get siding repaired. They also recommended a siding expert and put it all together on one invoice. Please, please don't let a jack of all trades cut a hole in your home... Get someone that does venting everyday! Get an actual company that will help you if you aren't satisfied, get PR Mechanical. I also want to get a mini split for my garage. I will definitely use PR Mechanical for this! (The vent in the photo has a large frame because of the previous handyman putting a large round hole... I'm thankful they were able to do this because the beige siding I have is hard to find)
