- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our quotes are thorough, and we do not have any additional fees. Even if a job is quoted as an hourly rate, I will still estimate how many hours I think it will take, and plainly explain the hourly rate for any additional hours (if needed) that the customer will approve of before the work has begun.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will come out and meet the client, and get an understanding for what they are trying to accomplish. I will then present them with different options, and advise them on what I think the best way to proceed would be. I am aware that your money is important to you, and I will not try to sell you something that I don't think you need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been worked with and been trained by contractors who have been in the construction industry for many decades.
