Julio and his team did an excellent job replacing the flooring throughout my rental property. Precious handled the coordination very well, and Julio’s son, Gui, was patient, responsive and helpful in discussing the flooring, tile and transition details.

The finished floors look wonderful, and the project caused very little disruption for my tenant. The crew was professional, thorough and respectful of the home. After completing the work, they carefully put everything back in order, cleaned the area, wiped down surfaces and even dusted the blinds. My tenant was extremely happy and felt they went above and beyond.

From the initial coordination and material selection through installation and final cleanup, the experience was excellent. I’m very pleased with the result and would gladly recommend Julio, Gui, Precious and the entire team.

We recently used Ka&Ju Flooring to repair our hardwood kitchen floor after it was damaged by a water leak, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, and easy to work with. They took the time to answer our questions, kept us informed throughout the process, and clearly take pride in their work.

The repair was done with great attention to detail, and the finished floor looks fantastic. The repaired area blends so well with the existing flooring that it's difficult to tell there was ever any damage. It's not easy to find contractors who combine quality workmanship with excellent customer service, but Ka&Ju Flooring did exactly that. We highly recommend them to anyone needing hardwood floor repairs or flooring work.

Ka&Ju Flooring did an awesome job for us. My husband and I have been a DYI couple for years, but we decided this job was too big for us to tackle. Julio was prompt with all communication and extremely professional. He is a master at his work. His attention to detail is outstanding. We are so pleased! We are now thinking of doing the entire upstairs. I have already recommended him to my coworkers. I asked him to leave the quarter round trim so I could paint it later. I selected this engineered hardwood as a close match to my existing wood floors. Excellent job!!!
