- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work with our customers on bulk discounts, with single unit embroidery jobs there's no wiggle room for discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We treat every customer the same, our process is simple and easy. First you submit your artwork for digitizing. Next we get your stitch count and charge $1.00 every 1000 stitches. Depending on the order size a digitizing fee will be applied to your order up to $35. A $5 hooping fee is applied to every item in your order. Lastly a proof is submitted if approved we begin production right away.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Here at ETCHE THREADS each digitizer and each machine operator has had pre training and post training 1-on-1 with Ricoma certified training team.
