- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are fair not cheap. I don't do cheap work or use cheap products, so why would I charge cheap. I price accordingly, but I always deliver a quality job. You get what you pay for. I sand every floor with the same intentions. To my best ability.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To educate my customer's on my process and go over all their options.Also to get detailed information on what their looking for, so I can better service them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in hardwood flooring for over 25 years. I am also MFMA certified sports floor installer, sander and re finisher. I have worked with many NWFA companies in my time, who has trained me the correct way to do my job.
