Introduction: We start every workout program with an in depth fitness assessment. In the fitness assessment we use the Functional Movement Systems (FMS) kit to conduct a movement analysis and we take some baseline stats including height, weight, body fat % and blood pressure. We'll also discuss your goals and past exercise and medical history in the fitness assessment. This not only lets us know where we are starting out from, but it also gives us the ability to design a workout program completely individualized to your needs.
My passion for personal training comes from seeing clients achieve their fitness goals. Accomplishing any fitness goal requires a high level of dedication, commitment, and hard work. When you're pushed to the limits you truly find out what you're made of, and seeing you reach those levels and beyond is what motivates me to go to work every day.
