What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is always a conversation with the client. We want to hear what you are looking for and what your goals are with your web site project. The client then agrees to one of our monthly packages to start the project. Afterwhich we will begin the proofing process for the design phase. At the same time we will begin mapping out your content for your web site. Finally the temporary web site will be approved by the client before going live. Normal turnaround time is 2-3 weeks depending on the size of the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ryan Corbin - the owner- has been a part of the IT world since 1995. He has a Bachelors degree from Liberty University in Management Information Systems (MIT).

What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common type of web sites are small advertising sites. These are covered by our basic monthly package and includes everything a new business needs to grow. These types of web sites help put your company on the map while increasing sales leads and branding.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Please call other developers and compare our services to theirs. We offer no set up fees and no long term contracts. Traditional web designers require half up front to being. We are more interested in having a long business relationship with you that grows over time. Your web site will grow as your business develops. We offer low monthly packages to reduce your cost and give you the most bang for your buck.
