This is a very community friendly store. If they don't carry what you want just ask and they will look into carrying it for you. Karen is very knowledgeable and friendly. She is also a very good trainer

I charge between $40 to $30 per half hr session depending on the client.

We do an assessment weight and measurements along with body fat. Find out what our clients goals are.

I am a certified trainer for the past 30 years. I have 30 years experience in nutrition and am currently working on my holistic nutritionist which I will be done by the end of the year with my courses.
