- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Before we get to work, we discuss your available options to let you decide which pricing works best for you. No hidden costs or technical jargon!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we understand your need we will work with you to schedule an appointment within your schedule, once scheduled you will receive an email and or a text confirmation with a photo and name of your drug tested and background checked technician, you will be notified within 30 minutes of arrival. Upon arrival in our truck stocked with 1000's of parts we like to call our warehouse on wheels the customer will be greeted with a uniformed technician who will gather more information about the problem from the customer and then do an assessment of the problem, he or she will return with options to let you decide which pricing works best for you. Upon approval the technician will perform the work to the customers 100% satisfaction before payment. Our standard is a 2 year warranty on all parts and repairs but could be as many as 20 years.
