- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Feel free to contact me through phone call, text message, email or social media. I'm available anytime. For those looking to sell, I offer a free home consultation and market analysis to get us started. From there, we discuss your needs going forward and how my company can assist you in selling your existing home and getting into a new one. For those looking to buy, we will discuss what you are looking for and comprise a personalized search portal to pinpoint homes that fit your criteria. Once we secure a pre-qualification letter from a financial lender (I have a few I can refer, if needed), then it's all systems go for putting in offers!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
All Realtors®️ have the ability (hopefully) to help you buy or sell a home, what seems to separate us is the amount of care, patience and due diligence put into each individual client. When choosing a Realtor®️, be sure to find someone that listens more than they speak, pays close attention to detail, is professional in their movements, and communicates well.

Before talking to a real estate professional, it is always best practice to speak with a financial lender and get pre-qualified. This will significantly streamline the search process and is a necessity before writing offers.
