Introduction: I believe in making sure that any job is done thoroughly and properly. I also want to make sure that my client is comfortable with me and the work I'm providing. I enjoy helping people get through a technology hurdle. This may be showing them how to successfully format a Word document or reviving their laptop by simply replacing the keyboard. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I already have a degree in Computer Information Technology, but I'm currently taking classes towards another degree at ECU.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was actually resistant to going into IT because I thought it would make me lose my joy for recreational computer use. I initially went to school to be a Dental Hygienist, then Medical Transcription, then I realized I was fighting my instincts!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find someone you feel that you can trust with your request, rather than hiring someone sketchy just because they had a super low price.
