- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As we get inquiries and bookings on several platforms, we require a non-refundable deposit of 25% to secure and book your date and time. Although this deposit is non-refundable, it can be used as a future credit in the event of a rescheduling. As for photo delivery, there is a 2 week turn-around.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to get to know new customers! So we will do our best in getting to know you by asking several questions and getting more background information. Depending on the photoshoot, we may schedule an introduction phone call.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Dave & I (Glo) have done photography for 10 years on and off. I started in college and fell in love with it as I traveled on the west coast. Photography was my outlet of story-telling. Fast-forward to July 2024, Dave and I found out we were expecting a baby girl. Fueled by passion of story-telling and wanting a creative way of providing for our little girl, Bellamy Productions was born in honor of baby Bellamy. We strive to help facilitate and capture timeless memories for others because we understand the value of memories.
