I feel like you have rated me unfairly. I drove 1.5hrs one way to diagnose your issue and told you what it was and that I had fixed it temporarily but it needed to be replaced. You told me you had to talk to your wife and you'd be in touch with me to work out a date and time and that was the last I heard from you. I would appreciate if you removed your negative review. Seeing as you couldnt write a reason for the 1 star review in the space provided for your reasoning, then I think we both know it's an unfair review. Thanks for your time and please let me know when you want me to schedule you for the repair I recommended months ago to no avail.

I started as an apprentice at a major heating and air conditioning company and worked there for years and went into service work for a different company and then almost 5 years ago I started working for myself.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Installed a Mitsubishi Mini-Split in a school, and replaced a 10 ton roof top unit on a Hometrust Bank. Both projects took one day on site to complete once everything was available.
