Introduction: Have being in the surveying business since 1984, I have performed a wide range surveying jobs, starting off in a private busines mainly preforming boundary and subdivision jobs, then working with NCDOT surveyed all types of road construction, from bridge stakeout, drainage, etc.,; after leaving NCDOT first job was a NCDOT lease project consisting of a four lane US highway, bridges, curb and gutter, drainage, etc., also performing boundary, mortage, subdivisions, commercial stakeouts and everything in between, no job is to big or small for us to complete, I am personally on every job and perform all aspects of the job I really enjoy all the new people I meet when scheduling and researching what surveying services I provide. Along with coordination with engineers, architects, realtors, lenders and attorneys for various projects, we come up with an offer that suites all of your land surveying needs. I also enjoy that I alone get to be hands on with each job and I know that each obligation will be meet with prompt attention to the clients needs.
