I graduated from NC State University with a Bachelors degree in Biological Engineering and from NC A&T University with a Bachelors degree in Geomatics. I’m a licensed Professional Engineer in NC and SC; and a licensed Professional Land Surveyor in NC, SC, TN, FL, and DC. I’ve competed in the North Carolina Society of Surveyors Plat Competition with a 1st Place win in the Boundary Category, a 3rd Place finish in the Topographic Category, and a 3rd Place finish in the ALTA/NSPS Category. In 2015 I was nominated and completed the Americian Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) Future Leaders Program.
I’m also a licensed Commercial Building General Contractor in North Carolina with a limited license.

When my brother purchased an older house that was situated on four separate lot we hired Corey George PE PLS (Pilot Surveying) to help us sort out the property.
All of the deeds were quite old and the boundary definitions made no sense to us and corners could not be identified.
Mr. George was timely, thorough and diligent in finding and interpreting the deeds and then redefining them into a single property plat.
His survey carefully located all old property corner pins and replaced all that were needed. He fully defined the individual lots and the new combined property lines.
His work made sense of the property, determined the actual boundaries and eased my brother and his neighbor's concerns.
His work shows an awareness of the issues for property owners and he is careful to make sure that those issues are resolved.
