- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard pricing for any walk in customer with one or two items is priced between $10 and $15. Given larger quantities of items to be embroidered also affects the price that can be given.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our standard procedure is to find out exactly what the customer needs before quoting any work to avoid confusion on the back end. Our "setup" period takes longer than most people think especially when a company logo is involved and needs to be digitized. The initial phase of this with a new customer can take as long as two weeks once we get all of the necessary information in hand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In this type of market, most of the learning about what we do comes from actually doing it. There is a small amount of training on the front end to teach us the in's and outs of machine repair and maintenance but the more you do the work, the more you learn about the importance of the process.
