FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At BreezeWorks, we believe in flat-rate, transparent pricing — no hidden fees, no surprise upsells. Every project is quoted clearly up front, and we walk you through the labor, materials, and any electrical costs so you know exactly what to expect. We offer: • Flat-rate labor for mini-split installations and HVAC repairs • Free consultations for serious buyers ready to move forward • No high-pressure sales — just honest recommendations We also break down costs for materials and electrical separately, so you can see where your money is going and stay in control of your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We specialize in mini-split and HVAC system installations — and we’ve built a process that’s smooth, honest, and efficient: 1. Initial Contact & Info Collection We’ll start by asking a few quick questions about your space, comfort needs, and any existing equipment. 2. In-Home Consultation We’ll schedule a time to visit your home, take measurements, inspect the electrical panel, and walk through the best install options with you. 3. Flat-Rate Estimate You’ll receive a detailed, transparent quote with labor separated from materials and electrical — so you know exactly what you’re paying for. 4. Deposit & Scheduling Once you approve the quote, we collect a deposit to cover materials and electrical work. As soon as payment clears, we lock in your install date. 5. Installation Day Our licensed techs arrive on time, complete the job with care and precision, and leave your home clean. We provide full system testing and documentation. 6. Follow-Up & Support We stay in touch after the install to answer questions and provide any support you need. We’re also here if you ever want to add zones or service your system.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve built my experience directly in the field — hands-on, day in and day out — learning the most practical and effective ways to install and service mini-split and HVAC systems. I’ve worked closely with manufacturers like MRCOOL and have personally overseen every installation we offer. At BreezeWorks, we work only with licensed, EPA-certified HVAC technicians who are trained to handle diagnostics, refrigerant, electrical coordination, and clean installations. While I focus on project management, customer service, and making sure jobs run smoothly from start to finish, my techs are the best at what they do — and every job reflects that standard.
