Re-constructed a closed in porch. Fair, Ethical, Courteous, Capable, Customized Service. Definitely recommended. Took a little longer to complete than expected.

Do NOT use this contractor. Mike Cole walked away from my addition with it only framed after receiving over $14,000. He routinely did not show when promised and eventually told me he couldn't finish the job. This man and company should not be trusted and should not be used. I would give this posting 0 stars, but I can't. Beware!

We always strive to keep our customers happy, but Mr. Inscoe is not capable of so. Back in 2010 when we worked on his project I made him aware that we were running behind schedule, and we would not be able to have it completed by the time he was hoping for. We were asked to not continue work so he could have someone else finish. We pulled permits, installed new footings,new brick foundation, new French drainage, and complete framing making the project approximately 78% complete. We were paid less than 50% of the total project cost and consider Mr. Inscoe to be in breach of contract. A complaint was filed and the case was closed as of 2011. Mr. Inscoe needs to find something else to occupy his down time.
