The Exceptional Plan was built by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs. Our pricing reflects this purpose through our affordable prices. In addition to our affordable prices, we offer discounts if you are bundling products together.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Schedule a call Schedule a phone call with our founder/CEO, Kaylee Philbrick-Theuerkauf. During the call, be prepared to discuss your ideas and goals, your challenges, and your level of commitment. We don’t bite so expect a comfortable conversation. 2. Receive a Custom Proposal Following our conversation, we will create a custom approach in one of our services that align with your startup needs. If you decide to move forward, a detailed proposal and contract are created. 3. Ready. Set. GO! Once our project reflects your exact goals, we are here to guide you through the process. You will walk hand-in-hand with our experts so you have a product that is yours. The typical process for any product of ours takes about 1-2 weeks, depending on the level of complexity. We will discuss our expected timeline in more detail during the initial scoping call. Please note: If you are looking for an SBA loan, we have a vast network of lenders that we will help you connect with.
