Answers to your questions.
1. I rather not take it back to Dad's name because I was told that Medicaid would want the reimbusement after his death.
2. He has Tri-care for Life
3. He is in rehab facility but they put him on hospice care with resident care(?) I am really not sure, they said something like medicare doesn't cover for long term. He's been there since Aug.2011. And asked me to apply for medicaid ASAP, which is a problem due to the house situation as I noted earlier
4. I think he has Humana, I received Humana asking him to choose 2012 medicare coveage by Dec. 7, 2011
