FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't give blanket quotes because no event is one size fits all. I offer many services and there are many variables so as part of giving excellent service and providing a relaxing and fun experience, I prefer to meet and talk with prospective clients to ascertain exactly what your needs are.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Where possible I like to meet face to face with clients at the venue where I will be providing service. Where this is not possible I communicate via email and telephone with both my brides and grooms and the venue managers. I also provide a wedding reception questionnaire to be filled out and returned to me a month before the event. I am happy to communicate with you right up until the day of your event .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of on the job training as a DJ, full service events planner and touring musician has allowed me the experience of working in every aspect of the entertainment business. Along with Bobby Locke of Winston Salem NC I was the first person to bring karaoke to the state and was instrumental in establishing it . As the owner of All-4-Fun Events in Raleigh NC I provided everything from games and rides to portable bathrooms and food vendors for many large corporate and college events and my knowledge of music from the 50's to today's EDM and dance music is encyclopedic .
