Zoom drain is a technical wizard! They had to do what turned out to be a surprisingly complicated operation to extract a platstic container that accidentally got flushed down our toilet and stuck just beyond the bend. I had no idea how bad it was. They used cameras and extended tools of all kinds and patiently whittled it out, preventing what I imagine would be a much costlier repair if it got pushed way deep into our plumbing. Call them first before you mess up!

We were in a really difficult place that required a very fast solution. I booked Zoom Drain because it had lots of great reviews and didn't charge for coming out to assess. Within a few minutes they were they able to figure out the situation, they gave a quote, fixed the situation and sent a charge breakdown via email to the owner (they were talking through a video chat so the owner didn't have to come out to talk to them in person). Within 45 minutes they fixed the issue. With a 5 year old we just couldn't be without a working toilet. It was a relief to see everything working. The Pros were nice and transparent, a quality that isn't a given any more. So thank you Zoom Drain!

I had a wonderful experience with the crew that showed up. They were very helpful in trying to help me find the source of my smell and although it wasn't a sewer smell after all. They were very professional and honored the free consultation even though there wasn't a job to sell. Will definitely use them again should I need any sewer repairs.

Zoom Drain responded immediately, to my request for a new toilet installed. Boone Adams sent three choices on email, of higher Koehler toilets. Marcos Gonzalez arrived at 10:00 am, with Koehler 16 3/4” toilet, purchased at Lowe’s, installed it, checked plumbing with a camera. Excellent work, competent plumber, & caulked shower & toilet. Very pleased with the work, thank you!
