- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair, transparent, and based on the scope of the project. I provide upfront estimates before starting any work, so there are no surprises. I’m happy to work with customers to find cost-effective solutions, and I occasionally offer discounts for repeat customers or larger projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by discussing the customer’s needs, either over the phone or in person. Then I assess the job and provide a clear estimate. Once approved, we schedule a convenient time to complete the work. I always aim to communicate clearly throughout the process and ensure the job is done safely and correctly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on training and real-world experience in electrical work, including residential and light commercial projects. I stay up to date with safety standards and best practices to ensure all work is done properly and up to code.
