What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Here’s what you can expect when working with me:
1. We’ll start with your vision. I take the time to learn what matters most to you, the moments you don’t want to miss, and how you want your photos to feel. That helps me create images that genuinely reflect your story.
2. Simple, transparent pricing. My pricing is straightforward with no hidden fees or surprise charges. I also don’t limit the number of photos you receive—every edited image that’s worth keeping is included in your final gallery.
3. Easy booking process. Once you’re ready to book, I’ll send over a contract and an invoice for the retainer to officially reserve your date. The remaining balance is due closer to your session or event.
4. Fast gallery delivery. You’ll receive a beautifully edited online gallery, typically within 1–2 weeks depending on the type of session. Wedding galleries may take a little longer, but I always keep you updated throughout the process.
