We contacted Eric with Oak City Heating and Air Thursday evening and he was able to come out the next morning! It turned out that our thermostat was not connecting to our heating unit - Eric was able to figure out the problem, had a solution, fixed it and WE HAD HEAT! Hired Eric and team to do annual maintenance on my aging HVAC systems. They were very professional and the service cost was very reasonable. Most importantly, they found that one of the units was rusted inside and suggested it be replaced. However, they provided options and did not pressure me to do the bigger job. Still, I decided it was worth it and after getting replacement quotes from other contractors, Eric's was still the most affordable. They came to replace the unit within a few days and it's been great so far.
