They responded quickly at first. I received a call for them to come out for a quote the next day. Next day comes and I receive a phone call during the predicted window for them to show up and they postpone to the next day due to “mechanical issues.” Next day comes, no call, no show.

No standard pricing. I like to come view potential jobs and speak with the customer to see what exactly they have in mind to get a good idea of what they'd like to have done. I always offer something FREE when customers choose to work with us.

Getting a good understanding of what and how they would like to see their property looking once the work is finished.
