- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No standard pricing. I like to come view potential jobs and speak with the customer to see what exactly they have in mind to get a good idea of what they'd like to have done. I always offer something FREE when customers choose to work with us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting a good understanding of what and how they would like to see their property looking once the work is finished.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a certificate in Nursery landscape and Horticulture. With about 6 years of experience in landscaping.
