Daniel was excellent. He was second pro we hired because I had an environmental tox screen test come back highly positive for mold. He explained the different species of mold and did an indoor mold quality test. Everything came back in normal limits. I was very relieved. The first pro tried to charge us $10k to inclose our basement. Which would have done nothing for my health because I found out later the mold that I was most positive for was in food. I highly recommend Daniel to anyone that wants and honest opinion and highly knowledgeable mold specialist. Thank you so much Daniel!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge base standard pricing depending on each situation. Mold and water restoration prices range due to conditions and scope of work that needs to be done. Inspection prices are set based on quantity of samples. We provide 24 hour lab turn around time at no extra charge.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In most cases we will talk over the phone or through email. We then will set up Inspection to view situation.
